Primary Suite
A king bed with Italian linens, a seating corner, a private terrace facing the Pacific, and an en-suite bath with indoor and outdoor showers.
A fully staffed estate at the tip of the Point, inside the gates of Punta Mita: five king suites and a bunk house for the young, a 72-foot infinity pool above the surf, and a chef, housekeeping and concierge already there when you arrive. Up to 26 guests: the rate covers 10 adults, each additional adult US$650 a night, under-21s free.
Vatulé stands at the tip of La Punta Estates, the Point of the gated Punta Mita peninsula, on the south side of the St. Regis and Four Seasons resorts. It sits above the 17th fairway facing open water, which keeps the house private and puts the sun on the horizon in front of you every evening of the year.
The estate was built for the way families gather: more than 10,000 square feet of covered living space open to the breeze on every side, two living rooms, three dining areas, an office, two rooftop terraces and a lawn wide enough for a real game of anything. Palapa roofs, stone and stained wood; neutral, relaxed textures.
It sleeps up to 26: five king suites with Pacific views and private entrances, and a youth bunk house with twelve twin beds and its own media room. The nightly rate covers up to 10 adults. Each additional adult is US$650 a night; guests under 21 stay at no extra charge. The house sleeps 26 at most.

Vatulé faces open water from the very tip of the peninsula, where the Bay of Banderas meets the Pacific. That geometry gives the estate the best surf view and the nearest surf access in the Punta Mita development: the Bahía break, which the locals call The Cove, throws its A-frames off the point directly below the lawn, and the Marietas Islands sit on the horizon.
Inside the gates, everything is a golf-cart ride away: two Jack Nicklaus courses, the tennis club, the fitness center and the beach clubs. The house keeps two six-seat carts, so two groups can be in two places at once. Access to the clubs and courses comes with the house under the community arrangement; a one-time access fee per person is collected by the Punta Mita homeowners’ association.
Direct access to the Bahía break (The Cove). October to March brings the smaller north-west swells; April to September the bigger south-west ones. For a swim with small children, the concierge points you to the calmest beach club that week.
Pacífico and Bahía, both Nicklaus Signature courses, five minutes by cart; the tennis club ten. The house comes with access to four beach clubs: Sea Breeze at the St. Regis (five minutes), the Residents Beach Club (fifteen), Kupuri (twenty-five) and El Surf Club. Green fees and club spending are charged as you go.
Humpback whales are in the bay from roughly December to March and often breach in view of the terrace. The Marietas, a national park, are fifteen minutes by boat from the harbor in the village; the concierge books the boat.
A chef and his culinary team, including a server and a bartender, come with the estate and cook breakfast, lunch and dinner for the house. Menus are planned with you before you arrive, and the chef also cooks whatever the boat brings back.
Meals are served in the great room under the palapa, at the formal table for twelve, at the outdoor table for ten, or on a tray by the pool. The gourmet kitchen has marble counters, a breakfast bar for twelve and folding windows onto the courtyard.

The chef, the culinary team, the server and the bartender are part of the house; only the groceries and drinks are yours, at cost.
The estate arrives fully staffed. You bring the people; the house team handles the rest, through the day, every day of the stay.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner cooked in the house, with a server and a bartender. The team is included; food and drink are purchased for the group.
On hand in fluent English to arrange tee times, boats, tables, transfers, spa treatments and anything else, before you arrive and through the stay.
Housekeeping through the day, in-house laundry, and an unpacking and packing service on request.
Two six-seat golf carts for the estate and the resort, so two groups can be at two clubs at once.
Bicycles for adults and for children, for the resort roads and the ride to the beach clubs.
Rocío at Villa Experience is your one contact from the first message to checkout, and our team visits you at the house during the stay.
Five king suites for the couples and a bunk house for the young: the estate was designed for five families at once, and it works just as well for a birthday, a wedding week or a golf trip.

A king suite for each couple, the bunk house with twelve beds and its own media room for the children, a 50-yard lawn above the 17th fairway, and a chef who feeds the youngest early.

A dining room for twenty, a second for twelve, the loggia with its bar and grill, and the lawn above the fairway with the Pacific behind it for the ceremony; guests beyond 26 stay at the resorts a few minutes away.

Two Nicklaus courses five minutes away, the Bahía surf break below the house, a jacuzzi for fourteen after the round, and boats to the Marietas and the whales from the harbor.

A surf check from the lawn, then breakfast from the chef at the bar for twelve or out on the loggia while the concierge confirms the day: tee times, a boat, a table on the sand.

The pool, the jacuzzi for fourteen, the daybed palapa; two carts to two beach clubs; lunch served wherever the group has settled.

Drinks from the bartender at the fire table as the sun drops into the Pacific in front of the house, dinner under the palapa, then the media room or the rooftop terrace under the stars.
Five king suites, each with a Pacific Ocean view, a private entrance, Italian linens, an en-suite bath, a safe, an HD television and its own Control 4 sound system. Three of the suites have both indoor and outdoor showers. The youth bunk house sleeps twelve in built-in twin beds, with two bathrooms, a media room with HD television and Xbox upstairs, and a rooftop terrace with a 360-degree view.
Up to 26 guests in all. The rate covers 10 adults; each additional adult is US$650 a night and guests under 21 stay free.

Vatulé is at the tip of La Punta Estates, inside the gates of Punta Mita, on the south side of the St. Regis. The clubs, courses and resorts are minutes away on the house’s two golf carts; for Sayulita, San Pancho or an evening in Puerto Vallarta the concierge books a driver. Tap a category, then a place, to see it on the map.
Puerto Vallarta airport (PVR) is about 40 km down the coast, 45 to 60 minutes by road. The concierge meets the flight and the driver brings you through the gates to the house; transfers are arranged at an additional cost.
